From childhood, Spring dreamed of becoming an artist. She would spend hours in her room drawing and making up stories. Later, she started designing hand painted t-shirts and plaques for family and friends. A turning point in her artistic journey was participating in an exhibition with other artists in 2012. Then in 2013, she had her first solo show. As a devoted wife and mother, she slowly built an artistic practice alongside spending time with her family.

Spring’s unique style of painting and layering might seem chaotic to some observers. She often winds up covering up materials that she laid down, creating a textured appearance. Her work is as much about the process as the outcome. Discovery is what drives her to keep creating.
